We seek teams who treat commitment to their businesses as an addiction rather than a job. Our founders and CEOs speak with authority in their fields because they have lived in them through good times and bad. They are leaders, not managers, who have a track record of making timely, accurate decisions despite any obstacles in their way. Our Focus on Military Veterans
We believe that service to one’s country builds a sense of loyalty and commitment to a cause. These causes are larger than the individual alone and therefore, squash any notions of entitlement or self-aggrandizement. In our view, veterans know how to adapt and overcome during stressful times, change course when necessary and perform under difficult situations. Veterans understand sacrifice and as leaders, they will be the first to suffer during difficult times.
